smoking room, now with a lofty cathedral ceiling,
has been converted to a guest lounge. Relax with
a cup of coffee, have a game of chess or choose
a book to read and enjoy the views over the garden
and out to the sea.

Upstairs,
named for the beautiful heritage – protected
magnolia tree seen form the suite along with
views of the City and Tasman Bay. Features
a Queen Bed and ensuite with antique style
fittings.

The Milner Suite is decorated in opulent navy
and gold enhanced by antique sari blinds and
billowing organza curtains. Also features
a Queen Bed and ensuite with antique fittings.
Downstairs, very spacious and restful in shades
of coffee and rich red accents. Through the
French doors is a relaxing and sheltered deck
area. It has a very large personal and private
bathroom with clawfoot bath, shower, pedestal
hand-basin and antique cistern and pull. Annies
room can be either super-king or Twin Beds.
